Pricing:

• All quotes are per day.
• Consecutive use of the facility three or more days earns user a 25% discount. For example, renting the Exhibition Hall for 3 days would total $1,993.75.
• FOUR SEASONS ARENA IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE DISCOUNT.
• Set up and tear down days are rented at 50% of full rate listed below.
• Paving fee is included in the rental costs.

Deposit:

• Deposit is equal to daily rent
• Deposit due 30 days prior to reserved date.
• Refundable booking/damage deposit required on all facilities.

Concessions:

• Montana ExpoPark retains right to all food and beverage concessions.
• Upon relinquishing said right, user is to remit 18% of gross sales to be paid at conclusion of event. User must obtain a license or permit from the City-County Health Department and $1,000,000 (one million dollars) product liability insurance.
