TICKETMASTER ON BOARD TO SELL TICKETS FOR MONTANA STATE FAIR
AND OTHER EXPOPARK TICKETED EVENTS

Great Falls—General Manager Bill Ogg, Montana ExpoPark, announced today that Ticketmaster, the world's leading ticketing company, will sell tickets for the Montana State Fair and all Montana ExpoPark ticketed events. Holiday Village Mall will also be a Ticketmaster outlet, making Great Falls the only Ticketmaster city in Montana or Wyoming.

"We've been interested in bringing in Ticketmaster for a long time," said Ogg. "SMG worked directly with Ticketmaster and all because of SMG's influence, this network became affordable for our community."

Having Ticketmaster as a ticketing partner means two things for ticket buyers: tickets can be purchased by phone or online, making purchasing simpler for out-of-town patrons. State Fair concerts, PRCA Rodeo, PRCA Bullriding and the demolition derby will be available through Ticketmaster, as well as other ticketed events like the annual Montana PRCA Circuit Finals or national-touring concerts. "Bringing Ticketmaster in definitely helps market events," said Lori Cox, marketing director for Montana ExpoPark. "Our box office does not have the manpower to cover ticket sales 24 hours a day. With Ticketmaster on board, we can sell tickets on the weekend or at midnight."

Holiday Village Mall management shared the enthusiasm for Ticketmaster. "We have always been an outlet center for tickets, but adding Ticketmaster opens us up to all events, anywhere in the world that Ticketmaster carries," said Devin Hartley, senior manager of property management for Holiday Village Mall.

Ticketmaster sold more than 95 million tickets valued at $4 billion in 2002. Tickets are offered through www.ticketmaster.com, one of the largest e-commerce sites on the Internet; more than 3,500 retail outlets; and 19 worldwide telephone call centers. The company serves more than 8,000 clients worldwide and acts as the exclusive ticketing service for hundreds of leading arenas, stadiums, performing arts venues and theaters and is the official ticketing provider and supporter of the Athens 2004 Olympic Games.

The first Montana ExpoPark show to sell tickets through Ticketmaster will be Larry the Cable Guy, June 12 at the Four Seasons Arena. Tickets for this event go on sale Saturday, May 15 at Noon -- call 406-727-1481 to charge by phone, log on to www.ticketmaster.com to order tickets online, or buy your tickets at the Four Seasons Box Office.

Additional ticketed shows coming to Great Falls include MX Extreme Motorcycle Show June 12, Grandstand and Montana State Fair Concerts. All go on sale May 22, 9 a.m. For additional State Fair information, log on to www.montanastatefair.com or call the ExpoPark office at 406-727-8900.
