Livestock Pavillion
The Livestock Pavilion is 51,000 square feet (170 X 300). Facilities include bleachers, rest rooms, showers and concessions. The Pavilion is unheated with a dirt floor and a 45 x 100 concrete pad. It is used for all types of livestock events including sales, livestock shows, horse shows, rodeos, roping, public riding and many types of dirt events.
Costs:
$450 per day for the first two event days
The third and each consecutive event day is 75% of the daily rental cost. Each set up and/or tear down day is 50% of the daily rental cost. Discounts apply to option 1 only.
Other Costs:
Deposit: Refundable booking/damage deposit required on all facilities. Deposit is equal to one days rent and is required 30 days prior to the event.
Concessions: Montana ExpoPark retains right to all food and beverage concessions. If that right is relinquished, user to remit 18% of gross sales to be paid at event conclusion. User must also obtain a license or permit from the City-County Health Department and $1,000,000.00 product liability.
Hard Packed Floor: Rent for a hard packed floor without panel set up additional $175.00 one-time user fee.
Option 1:
Above rent includes set up of panels for one indoor arena and one additional warm-up arena within or adjacent to the pavilion. Includes watering and harrowing of arena(s) as requested (up to 4 works per day), clean up of Pavilion prior to and during the event. Outdoor cattle pens and loading chute and/or roping chutes can be provided at cost. See production service pages.
Option 2:
Agricultural related clinics sponsored by an organization that promotes an annual event in the Livestock pavilion. The clinic must be non-competitive and educational.
$8 per rider with $225 minimum per event day
Minimal set-up provided.
Harrowing of arena provided once per event day.
Option 3:
Seasonal roping and barrel racing
$8 per rider with $225 minimum per event day

Option 4:
Youth Events
Must be a school approved or nationally sanctioned youth group to receive this discounted price (such as 4-H, Boy Scouts, Little league, etc.)
$6 per participant with $180 minimum per event day

Public Riding
$8 per rider (limited availability hours will be published)
