FAMILY LIVING CENTER

The 5,000-square-foot Family Living Center is perfect for wedding receptions, parties and family reunions. Included with the rental is a kitchen, restrooms, 36 tables and 180 chairs. Price is $325/day.

EXHIBITION HALL

Remember the Exhibition Hall for trade shows, large parties, dances, auctions, and fundraisers. With 15,000 square feet there is ample room for all of your needs. Included with the rental is 24 tables, 300 chairs, concession area, dressing/host/services room/ and an enclosed load in/out area. Price is $725/day.

TRADES AND INDUSTRIES BUILDING

With 16,000 square feet the Trades and Industries Building is great for trade shows, parties, auctions, fundraisers, dog shows and merchandise sales. The rental includes 24 tables, 300 chairs, and restrooms. Price is $475/day.

PADDOCK CLUB

The carpeted Paddock Club is great for smaller parties or meetings. The rental includes 20, 4 x 4 tables, 80 chairs and restrooms. Price is $215.00/day or $115/half day.

LIVESTOCK PAVILLION

The Livestock Pavilion can be set up for any type of livestock events including: sales, shows, rodeos, and clinics. The rental includes a dirt floor, bleachers, restrooms, showers and concessions. Please call for rate information.

Additional Rate Information

- First two event days are 100% of cost listed. The thirds and each consecutive event days are 75% of cost.
- Set up and tear down days are 50% of cost/day
- Refundable booking/damage deposit required on all facilities
- Montana ExpoPark retains rights to all food and beverage concessions
- Chairs may be provided at no extra charge based on availability
- Additional tables are available for $6/table/day
